We are offering our delicious grass fed beef in a Family Packs for your convenience. Our hope is that you will help us by sharing lots of feedback on the beef. We want to hear from you about everything from taste and tenderness to what else you would like to see such as recipes or cooking tools.
The best value can be found in our side or quarter of beef. Get together a group of friends or family if you don’t have the freezer space for this much beef. Or if you’re trying grass fed beef for the first time, we recommend a 25 lb Family Pack. This way you get a sampling of the many different cuts.
* Whole carcass, you choose the cuts, processed however you would like - SALE! $6.00/lb.
* Side of beef (approximately 200 lbs.) - SALE! $6.00/lb. A side includes all the different cuts of meat.
* 100 lbs. and over - SALE! $6.00/lb.
* 50-100lbs - $6.50/lb.
* Less than 50lbs - $7.00/lb.
* Family Packs, with a sampling of cuts are available in 25 lbs, 50 lbs, 75 lbs, 100lbs and 200lbs.

What's in a Family Pack? Here is list of cuts found in a typical 50lb beef family pack:
- 4 lbs - High-end steaks: NY Strip, Ribeye, Filet Mignon
- 18 lbs - Roasts: Pot Roast, Chuck (Roast or Steaks), Eye of Round (Roast or Steaks), Rump Roast, London Broil, Short Ribs
- 6 lbs - Steaks: Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Sirloin Steak, Hanger Steak
- 22 lbs- Miscellaneous Cuts: Ground Beef, Stew Meat, Cube Steak
- TOTAL: 50lbs
- Please note: The exact assortment of cuts you receive within each category may vary, depending on our always changing inventory. We will attempt to honor requests for preferred cuts when available stock allows.
