Q: Do you ship your products?
A: No. Why we don't ship our delicious products:
While we enjoy the press that our farming processes and resulting superior products have allowed us to receive, we want to serve as an example of what is possible and how local agriculture can be sustainable, not to boost our out of state/out of region sales.
* We believe in the power and sustainability of the local economy and local agriculture.
* We have more demand from our local market that we can currently meet at our production levels.
* Your local farmers need your support.
* We believe in the freshness of local foods produced, processed, and consumed locally. The reason our food is so fresh and so tasty is because it doesn't gather frequent flyer miles on its trip to the dinner table, so we don't have to pump it full of preservatives.
* We believe in everyone owning their share of global (and local) responsibility. From producing and/or buying all natural, environmentally, socially, and fiscally responsible products to land stewardship and conservation.
* We believe in limiting the use of fossil fuels. By finding a local source, you can limit the effect of transportation costs on the environment and your wallet. (Our farm vehicles run on biodiesel made from used waste vegetable oil. Our local restaurants were it throwing away until we asked to use it. Yes, our trucks and tractors run around smelling like grilled hamburgers and french fries!).

Q: What is a Family Pack?
A: We offer our delicious grass fed beef in bulk sized Family Packs for your convenience and savings. Our hope is that you will help us by sharing lots of feedback on the beef. We want to hear from you about everything from taste and tenderness to what else you would like to see such as recipes or cooking tools. The best value can be found in our side or quarter of beef. Get together a group of friends or family if you don’t have the freezer space for this much beef. Or if you’re trying grass fed beef for the first time, we recommend a 25 lb. Family Pack. This way you get a sampling of the many different cuts. Click here for more information on family packs
